1 General Introduction

bjji is an online mobile casino and betting platform for users in Bangladesh. By accessing bjji.bar, registering, or using any service on the platform, you are considered to have fully accepted these terms and conditions.

3 Account Registration & Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years old to register on the bjji platform. bjji may request a national ID card or other valid identity document at any time for age verification.

3.2 Single Account Policy

Each user may create only one account. It is strictly prohibited for the same individual or family members to operate multiple accounts from the same device. If multiple accounts are detected, all associated accounts may be permanently closed and deposited funds may be forfeited.

3.3 Providing Accurate Information

You must provide completely accurate and up-to-date information at the time of registration. bjji reserves the right to close the account and forfeit any deposited funds if false or misleading information is provided.

3.4 Geographic Restrictions

bjji operates specifically for the Bangladesh market. Users in regions where online gaming is legally prohibited or restricted should refrain from using this platform.

4 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. You should not share this information with any other person.

• Change your password regularly and use a strong password.
• If you log in on a public or shared device, log out at the end of the session.
• If you suspect any unauthorised access, notify bjji support immediately.
• You are responsible for all activity carried out through your account.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposit Methods & Limits

The bjji platform currently supports deposits via the following mobile banking methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 for each method.

5.2 Withdrawal Process & Timeframe

Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. The withdrawal method must match the deposit method.

5.3 Verification

bjji may verify identity for large withdrawal amounts. Withdrawals may be held until the verification process is complete. It is the user's responsibility to provide the required documents in a timely manner.

5.4 Currency

All transactions on the bjji platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 Welcome Bonus

bjji offers new users a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive a ৳1,000 bonus and your total balance will be ৳2,000. If you deposit ৳22,000, the bonus will be capped at ৳10,000 and the total will be ৳32,000.

6.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times (15x) the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not the total balance.

6.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own expiry date and the bonus is automatically cancelled once it expires.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become eligible for withdrawal only after the wagering requirement has been met.
• If an attempt is made to collect bonuses using multiple accounts, all associated accounts will be closed.
• bjji reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time.
• In the event of any dispute over a bonus, bjji's decision is final.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

7.1 General Gaming Policy

All games and betting activities on the bjji platform are conducted fairly and transparently. Game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG), which ensures impartiality.

7.2 Rules for Placing Bets

• A bet once confirmed cannot be changed or cancelled.
• bjji reserves the right to void a bet in cases where the outcome is uncertain due to a technical error.
• In sports betting, if a match is cancelled, bets are generally refunded.

7.3 Minimum Balance

You must have sufficient balance in your account to place any bet. Betting is not possible when the balance is zero.

7.4 Technical Issues

If the outcome of any bet or game is unclear due to a server outage, loss of internet connection or other technical issue, bjji will make a decision based on recorded data and that decision will be considered final.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bjji platform:

1. Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
2. Attempting to deceive the system using bots, automated software or any other technical method.
3. Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or technical errors for personal gain.
4. Attempting to hack another user's account or gain unauthorised access.
5. Attempting to manipulate games through collusion or organised cooperation.
6. Selling, transferring or renting an account to a third party.
7. Attempting to exploit bonus benefits by creating multiple accounts.
8. Spreading defamatory or misleading information against bjji.

9 Limitation of Liability

bjji strives to deliver its services to the highest standard, however bjji will not be liable in the following circumstances:

• Technical failures or connectivity issues caused by third parties.
• Losses arising from issues with the user's own device or internet connection.
• Unforeseen natural disasters, government directives or other circumstances beyond our control.
• Any issue arising from false information provided by the user.
• Unauthorised access to a user's account credentials.

In any circumstance, bjji's maximum liability will be limited to the amount of the relevant transaction made by the user.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the bjji platform — logos, designs, text, graphics, software and other materials — is the intellectual property of bjji and is protected by applicable law.

• Reproduction, distribution or commercial use of any platform content without bjji's written permission is prohibited.
• Limited permission is granted to view and use platform content for personal and non-commercial purposes.
• The intellectual property of game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, etc.) remains reserved with them.

11 Privacy
